Each craft knife is handmade and unique so no two will be identical. While I take pride in making them as perfect as possible, since they are handmade there may be slight imperfections.

-No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted unless there is an error on my part during the making process, in that case message me and I will get back with you ASAP.

*For any delayed or lost packages you will need to file a claim through USPS directly, unfortunately I do not have any control over packages once they leave my hands.
